According to our records your Tenancy is due to expire on 28 February 2012. If you wish to extend your Tenancy for a further period please contact us at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the term. If you will be vacating the property on the 28 February 2012, we will require a forwarding address in order to refund your deposit and forward any outstanding final bills. When transferring the utilities back into the Landlord's name please do not allow them to be disconnected as this will incur a reconnection cost which will then need to be charged to you.
